9. Digital Purchase Refund Policy

There are no refunds on digital purchases made with TON (Toncoin). All sales are final.

10. Inactivity and Expiration

To prevent idle holdings, any TON or in-game assets that remain unused in an account for a period of 12 months may be considered expired and may be reclaimed by Totemancer. Users will be notified by Official "TotemancerBot" 30 days prior to any action being taken.

11. Price and Fee Changes

  • Prices for in-game items, NFT minting, and other services can change at any time.
  • The exchange rate for Tickets to TON can also change based on market status.
  • A general fee of 10% applies to all transactions within the game.
  • A 10% fee applies to the resale of NFTs.

12. Third-Party Software and Events

Totemancer is not responsible for the behavior of third-party software or events that are beyond our control, which may result in loss of funds. This includes, but is not limited to, lost matches in the Arena.

13. NFT Content Management

While NFTs can be traded on marketplaces, the content of NFTs, including boosters, images, descriptions, and rarity, is centralized and hosted by Totemancer. We reserve the right to change this content without prior notification.

14. Username and Clan Name Policy

Totemancer reserves the right to change any username or clan name that is deemed inappropriate or abusive. This includes, but is not limited to, names used for promotion, spam, scam, or making other players uncomfortable due to age, religion, beliefs, etc. Players who violate this policy may be blocked from the game.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Totemancer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

16. Payment FAQ for Totemancer

16.1. What is Mana?

Mana is an in-game virtual balance available to all players on both Web2 and Web3 platforms. On Web2, you use Telegram Stars as a form of payment, while on Web3, you have the option to use TON as payment. Mana can be spent on cosmetics and used to awaken totems, which can later be minted as digital collectibles on TON Blockchain.

16.2. How do Arena Tickets work?

When users deposit TON into their Totemancer wallet, they receive a representative value in the form of $TICKET Jettons minted at a 1:1 ratio to TON. These Jettons represent the deposited TON and are held in the totemancer.ton wallet. Users get a share of the token once Arena Tickets are purchased, facilitating P2P payments within the Totemancer ecosystem.

The "P2P Arena," referred to as "Arena," operates on a Peer-to-Peer basis, allowing users to exchange value directly within the Totemancer ecosystem.

Tickets have a representative TON value, where each ticket converts to 0.1 TON without fees. At conversion, a 10% fee applies, so 10 tickets convert to 0.9 TON. They cannot be used with Telegram stars. Users can convert tickets to in-game TON balances and withdraw them on the TON Blockchain.

16.2.1. Compliance with Apple 3.1.3 Review Guidelines

The implementation of Arena Tickets adheres to Apple’s 3.1.3 review guidelines as follows:

  • P2P Payments: The process of users depositing TON and receiving a representative value in the form of $TICKET Jettons, which are stored in the totemancer.ton wallet, represents P2P payments. Users can view their share of the $TICKET Jettons within the Totemancer ecosystem, which is compliant with Apple's allowance for P2P payments.
  • Digital Goods and Services: The $TICKET Jettons do not represent consumable or non-consumable digital goods directly but rather a representative value of the deposited TON. This avoids classification as in-app purchases of digital goods or services.
  • Transparency and Fees: The conversion fee and the representative value are clearly communicated to users. This ensures users understand that they are participating in a P2P payment system and not purchasing digital goods.
  • External Payment Methods: The use of TON and the conversion process align with the guidelines that permit the use of cryptocurrencies and external payment methods for certain types of transactions, ensuring compliance with Apple's policies.

16.3. How do Daily Check-ins work?

Daily Check-ins can be performed with either Telegram Stars or TON, depending on the platform being used. Players with a connected wallet can utilize Web3 features for this purpose.

16.4. What is Web2 and Web3?

Web2 refers to the current state of the internet, where users interact with websites and applications that are centrally controlled. Payments are typically made through traditional methods like credit cards or in-app currencies such as Telegram Stars.

Web3 is the next generation of the internet, characterized by decentralized applications and blockchain technology. Users authenticate themselves with their blockchain identity using wallet connect, allowing them to interact with decentralized platforms and use cryptocurrencies like TON.

16.5. NFT Minting Compliance with Apple App Review Guidelines 3.1.3

Users can pay for NFT minting with TON on Web3 once their wallet is connected to interact with the blockchain. The minting fee, which varies based on the totem's rarity, covers mining, blockchain, and issuance fees. This process does not fall under Apple's 3.1.3 digital purchase guidelines because we are not selling NFTs. Instead, users are paying the minting fees, and the NFTs are minted directly to their wallets from the blockchain. Unlike many other NFT collections, Totemancer does not hold the NFTs in our wallet for sale to users. This makes it a blockchain activity rather than a digital purchase.

16.6. Cryptocurrency Compliance with Apple App Review Guidelines 3.1.5

No on-device cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency mining activities are performed; all processing is conducted off-device. Additionally, Totemancer does not offer cryptocurrency for completing tasks, ensuring full compliance with Apple's guidelines.

16.7. Additional Information

For more detailed information about the terms and usage of Telegram stars, please refer to Telegram Stars Terms of Service.

17. Earnings and Airdrops

Earnings and airdrops within the Totemancer game are distributed randomly and are only guaranteed while the supply lasts—until the airdrop pool is exhausted. While NFTs may increase the potential range of these drops, the exact amount of each drop is not fixed and cannot be predicted.

18. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision.
